The Carve is a powerful, reactive, and controllable kite, ideal for carving on the face of a wave, getting into a barrel, or boosting tricks without straps. Designed with a stable design and a lower aspect ratio for quick pivot turns and excellent drift, the Carve has an extremely direct feel both in bar pressure and in initiating direction.

The intuitive control, especially when the kite is not visible in a large downwind turn, in a cut back or in a barrel, means you can focus 100% on the waves. The Carve has a longer and more progressive path, so it feels smooth and responsive throughout the power range and, when you glide, it is reactive until the end.

For 2024, the Carve feels lighter, turns faster, and is more agile. We have redesigned the entire kite from top to bottom for better drift and more responsive steering at your fingertips. It has a reduced aspect ratio, a new panel design, a refined leading edge, and profile for more responsive steering and lighter bar pressure, a more stable and efficient drift, and less pull on the wave face. The overall improved balance with more sweep in the tips enhances the drift, so when you're surfing, it glides down the line, waiting for your bar input.

The tips of the wings are lighter, and we have introduced a smoother curve and a greater backward shape, so the balance is more centered in the profile. A smaller LE diameter reduces the pulling power, while the additional sweep allows for effortless re-launching of the turn. The Carve is now much smoother, more stable, and more manageable in gusty conditions.

The Carve flies fast on a close reach, and experienced sailors will benefit from the impressive power and efficiency of the kite. Intermediate level riders will find that it offers a smoother and easier ride.
