F-one Kiteboard Technology
Developing a good kiteboard or directional surfboard requires time and innovation. Over the years, numerous techniques have been devised to ensure the best performance and maximum quality. F-one has incorporated many of these smart techniques into their kiteboards and surfboards. Below, we briefly describe the various techniques and constructions.
F-one HRD (twintip)
The F-one HRD technique, which stands for Helical Rail Design, is a three-phase rail that guarantees precision, stability, excellent grip, and comfort while navigating. The 16 mm thick rail provides additional protection to the board. The first phase of the rail is thin at the tips for better grip during takeoff and pop. Towards the center, the rail has a thickness of 16 mm vertically, which facilitates smooth landings and prevents splashes in the face. Finally, in the center, the rail is thin and sharp for exceptional grip on jumps and tricks without snagging.
F-one Lite Tech (twintip)
F-one Lite Tech not only looks great, but it also enhances the experience. The integrated TPU elements in the board give it an attractive look when the sun shines on it. The TPU lines light up when you jump with the sun behind you, stunning photos guaranteed!
F-one ESL (twintip / directional)
F-one ESL means "Essential" and is present in several twintips and surfboards. It is an optimized construction that offers quality and reduced costs. The sailing characteristics are kept as close as possible to the Lite Tech and Carbon series.
F-one HD Foam Flex (directional)
To meet the growing demands of kitesurfers, F-one has developed a construction made of high-quality foam with optimized flex for maximum reliability, comfort, and maneuverability. The features of the HD Foam Flex construction ensure a lighter board weight and an authentic surf feel.
F-one Carbon composite
The carbon composite construction has layers of carbon laminates on the bottom of the board, making it super light and extremely reliable.
