The novelty of this year in the Airush line is the Airush Session 2022. The Airush Session is the improved successor to the old Airush Wave. The Session is aimed at freeride and wave ride kitesurfing practitioners. As a wave surfer, you will love the Session for its very good drift, its fast turning speed, and its "power on demand" when you want it. The new Airush Session is also a blessing for the freeride kitesurfer and for the kitesurfer who wants an easy kite to start with. This is because the new Airush Session 2022 provides you with very good depower, and the Session will quickly feel familiar due to its stable character. Another good extra is the quick relaunch of the Session. This is useful for the wave surfer but also for the novice kitesurfer when they accidentally drop their kite in the water.

A new and pleasant addition to the Airush Session 2022 is the ability to fly the Session with either a fixed bridle or pulley setup. This gives the Airush Session two different characteristics. If you want a more direct and faster ride with a real "on/off" button when you pull the bar, then you fly the Session with the fixed bridle. This setup is ideal for the dedicated wave surfer. If you want a Session that is friendly with light pressure on the bar, very comfortable power development, a more stable character, and the greatest depower range, you can fly the Session in the Pulley Bridle setup. This configuration is often used by freeride kitesurfers and beginners.

Like the other models of Airush kites, the Airush Session features a super strong yet lightweight construction using LoadFrame with WebTech. It is a network of durable thread sewn through the canopy to evenly distribute the forces acting on the kite. As a result, Airush has used lighter Dacron material, making the Session lightweight while maintaining quality and durability. The canopy of the Airush Session is made from a double ripstop material: Technoforce D2. Strong and light. Since, of course, your kite will crash from time to time, the Session is reinforced at critical points with bumpers and Kevlar. This way, you don't have to worry about the session breaking at the slightest failure.
